Returns & Exchanges

At Kozmo Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear in original packaging. If your new pair isn't a perfect fit, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution so you can find the right style.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Kozmo box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
